It is Tressaron’s policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect while operating our website. Accordingly, we have developed this privacy policy so that you can understand how we collect, use, communicate, disclose and otherwise make use of personal information.
The principles we work to
- We will collect personal information by lawful and fair means and, where appropriate, with the knowledge or consent of the individual concerned.
- Before or at the time of collecting personal information, we will identify the purposes for which it is being collected.
- We will collect and use personal information solely to fulfil the purposes we have specified, and for other ancillary purposes, unless we obtain the consent of the individual concerned or are required to do otherwise by law.
- Personal data should be relevant to the purposes for which it is to be used and, to the extent necessary for those purposes, should be accurate, complete and up to date.
- We will protect personal information with reasonable security safeguards against loss or theft, as well as against unauthorised access, disclosure, copying, use or modification.
- We will make information about our policies and practices relating to the management of personal information readily available to our clients.
- We will retain personal information only for as long as is necessary to fulfil those purposes.
What this website collects
Our website has one place where you can give us personal information: the enquiry form on our Contact page. Nothing else on this site asks you for anything, and we do not require an account to read any of it.
- Your name, work email address and company name.
- The topic you would like to talk about, and — if you choose to tell us — the stage you are at.
- The message you write.
We use what you send only to answer your enquiry and to continue that conversation. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a marketing list on the strength of an enquiry.
When you press send, the form posts to our own server, which emails the message to us through ZeptoMail — Zoho’s transactional email service, acting as our processor for that delivery. Your details are not passed to any other third party.
We do not run analytics, advertising or visitor-tracking software on this website, and it loads no third-party scripts, fonts or embeds. See our Cookie Policy for the detail.

Tressaron makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
Contact and changes
We are committed to conducting our business in accordance with these principles in order to ensure that the confidentiality of personal information is protected and maintained.
If you would like to know what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or raise anything else about this policy, write to us and we will respond.
Tressaron may update this privacy policy from time to time at its sole discretion. The date at the top of this page tells you when it last changed.
